Discovery Call
Not a sales call. A real conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and whether my approach is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.

Source Diagnostic
iEQ9 Enneagram assessment, leadership mapping, and a context conversation. We locate the source of the challenge before we start building anything else.

The Engagement
12 sessions over 6 months. Fortnightly. Three movements: Find the Source, Work the Source, Lead from the Source. Support between sessions for real-time decisions.
