Common Questions

What people usually ask before they start.

Do I need to know my Enneagram type already?
No. The iEQ9 assessment determines your type with over 95% accuracy. Many people who've taken free tests before discover a different — more accurate — type when they do a proper assessment.
How is this different from MBTI or DiSC?
MBTI and DiSC describe how you behave. The Enneagram goes deeper — it explains why. It gets at the core motivations and fears underneath behaviour, which is what actually needs to change for lasting growth.
How long does the team process take?
Individual assessments and debriefs typically run over 2–3 weeks depending on team size. The Team Report is then compiled and a workshop is scheduled. Most teams complete the full journey in 4–6 weeks.
Can this be done standalone, or must it be part of coaching?
Both. The Enneagram works as a standalone engagement and many find it enormously valuable on its own. It also integrates naturally as the Source Diagnostic within Source™ — where it becomes the foundation the full coaching engagement is built on.
What does the team workshop actually look like?
Facilitated, experiential, and built around your team specifically — not a generic training day. We use your team's actual profile to explore how your types interact and how to leverage collective strengths.
Is this suitable for senior leadership teams?
