These Terms and Conditions govern your use of clintonmiddleton.co.za and the coaching services provided by GrowThrough Coaching (Pty) Ltd, trading as Clinton Middleton ("we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide executive and leadership coaching, Enneagram typing and facilitation, and team coaching and workshop services. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed upon prior to commencement and confirmed in writing.

2. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a professional development service and is distinct from therapy, counselling, or psychological treatment. Our coaching services:

• Are not a substitute for professional mental health services
• Do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice
• Require your active participation and commitment to be effective
• Are provided on the basis of information you share with us

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions arising from any coaching engagement.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Discovery calls and coaching sessions are scheduled through Calendly. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

4. Fees and Payment

Coaching fees are agreed prior to commencement of any engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are billed on a monthly retainer basis
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• Discovery calls are provided at no charge
• All fees are quoted and payable in South African Rand (ZAR)

We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed terms.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Where coaching is arranged through an organisation, the specific confidentiality terms will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, design, and materials, is the property of GrowThrough Coaching (Pty) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our coaching services. Our total liability in connection with any coaching engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
