Enneagram Team Interventions

Give your team
a language for
what's really happening.

Most team tension isn't about skills, strategy, or structure. It's about patterns of behaviour under pressure that nobody has ever named. The Enneagram makes those patterns visible and gives your team a shared framework to work with them.

Who this is for
HR Directors commissioning development L&D Managers building leadership capability EXCO teams navigating change or friction CEOs investing in their leadership layer Agency & creative leadership teams Newly formed or recently restructured teams
The problem this solves

Your team is capable.
So why does the same friction keep appearing?

Most leadership teams I work with are made up of highly capable people. The friction isn't about competence, it's about patterns. Each person on your team has a deeply ingrained way of processing pressure, making decisions, and relating to others. Without a shared language for those patterns, you're left managing symptoms rather than addressing what's actually happening.

The Enneagram gives you that language. Not as a label or a box: as a map. When your team can see their own patterns and understand each other's, the dynamic shifts. Conflict becomes navigable. Trust builds faster. The conversations that were stuck start moving.

How we work together

Two ways to structure the engagement.

Option 01

Individual assessments
& personal debriefs

Each team member completes the iEQ9 assessment independently and receives a private 60-minute debrief with Clinton. Their profile stays confidential. The focus is on individual self-awareness and personal growth edges.

Includes
iEQ9 assessment for each participant
Individual 60-min debrief per person
Written summary and growth edge for each person
Sponsor debrief on themes (without individual disclosure)

Best for: Personal development programmes, coaching cohorts, or teams where psychological safety is still being built.

The process

From scoping call to
team session in four steps.

01
Scoping conversation

We talk through your team's context, what you're trying to shift, and which intervention structure fits. I send a tailored proposal within 24 hours.

02
iEQ9 assessments

Each participant completes the 45-minute adaptive iEQ9 questionnaire independently. Reports are generated and reviewed by Clinton before debriefs begin.

03
Individual debriefs

Each person receives a 60-minute private debrief with Clinton. Confidential, specific, and grounded in their leadership context, not a generic report walkthrough.

04
Team session

A facilitated half or full-day where the team explores their collective profile, maps their dynamics, and builds a shared language they can use going forward. (Option 02 only.)

The difference it makes

What changes when your team
can finally see the pattern.

Without a shared framework
Tension gets managed, not understood
You smooth things over because there's no shared language for what's actually happening between people.
Behaviour under pressure feels personal
When someone withdraws, escalates, or controls, it reads as a character flaw rather than a predictable pattern.
Development plans that don't transfer
Generic 360 feedback and competency frameworks rarely address the motivation underneath the behaviour.
Trust is slow to build and fragile under stress
Without understanding why people operate the way they do, assumptions fill the gap, usually uncharitably.
With the iEQ9 team intervention
Tension has a name and a path forward
When the team shares a framework, friction becomes navigable. You can address the pattern, not just the symptom.
Pressure responses become predictable and less personal
The team can see a colleague's stress pattern for what it is: a type response, not a judgement of others.
Growth edges that actually address the root
Each person leaves with a specific, profile-driven focus, not a generic competency to work on.
Trust builds faster and holds under pressure
Understanding replaces assumption. Teams that know each other's types navigate hard moments with less collateral damage.

Common questions.

How many people can you work with?+
I work with teams from 5 to 35 people. For larger groups the format adjusts: individual debriefs are scheduled across multiple days and the team session is structured accordingly. I'll recommend the right approach for your team size in the proposal.
How long does the team session take?+
The team debrief session typically runs a half day (3.5 to 4 hours) or full day (7 to 8 hours). This can be done in person or virtually. Individual debriefs are 60 minutes each and are scheduled separately, usually in the week before the team session.
Are individual profiles kept confidential?+
Yes. Individual iEQ9 reports and debrief content are confidential between each participant and Clinton. In the team session, participants choose what to share. Nothing is disclosed without consent. I can provide a sponsor summary of themes without attributing anything to individuals.
Do participants need prior Enneagram knowledge?+
No. The iEQ9 assessment and the individual debrief process is designed to work from zero prior knowledge. Most participants come in sceptical and leave converted. The individual debrief before the team session means everyone arrives in the room already grounded in their own profile.
How is this different from a free online Enneagram test?+
Significantly. Free online tests have accuracy rates of around 50 to 60%. The iEQ9 is an adaptive assessment refined over 12 years with 95%+ accuracy. It also measures wings, subtypes, and instinctual drives, layers that free tests don't reach. The debrief with a certified practitioner is what turns the data into something actionable.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on team size and which option you choose. I'll include a full cost breakdown in your proposal. Request one above and I'll turn it around within one business day.
